Elements for Sustainable Chemistry

The resource relates to teaching and learning opportunities produced through an ongoing interdisciplinary collaboration called Elements of Sustainable Chemistry (ESC). This research hub is focussed on developing teaching and learning resources that promote the central role chemistry has in meeting the 21st century’s global sustainable development challenges.

On this website, you will find fit-for-purpose teaching and learning resources, for primary, secondary and tertiary education settings, as well as professional learning opportunities for schools and teachers.

The website can be found here: https://eschemistry.org

This resource was financially supported by an Australian National Commission for UNESCO grant celebrating the International Year of the Periodic Table. ESC as an interdisciplinary research hub was established through a Deakin Society and Society Network (SSN) grant.
